It's been a while since I did a round up of recent finds I've been loving. This means two things - one, these finds are very very good and tested and two, I need to do this more.
Going into Sephora Sale season I thought I'd give a shoutout to a few of my absolute favorites.
- The Summer Fridays Face Oil literally saved my skin this winter - I bought it in October and am only halfway through the bottle so the cost per use is next to nothing.
- The Tower28 tinted Sunscreen is another favorite - I wear Melrose in the Winter and Mulholland in the Summer - it's a perfect sheer but buildable (and clean!) option and I find myself wearing this, mascara, and a bit of highlighter most days.
- And the Milk lip oil is a new find that I loved on my most recent work trip to Hong Kong and India. My lips tend to get chapped/peely after long flights and while traveling in general and this formula is super hydrating and has a nice sheer color. I like the color Werk Trip
Speaking of things I've liked while traveling, these On Cloud sneakers pack up into absolutely nothing but the sole so you can fit them in your carry on suitcase and don't have to wear your gym shoes through the airport. You can also hose them down pretty easily so don't let the all white scare you.
Other great travel staples have been this BURU set (pants and top). They look gorgeous when worn together but I've also worn the top with jeans and the pants with a white button down or black cashmere sweater and they look great. This option is pretty low in stock but BURU has some really good alternatives. We did a collab with them for BISBY last year and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with their entire team. I love shopping with them for so many reasons and find myself wearing their pieces over and over again.
Now that I'm home for more than two weeks in a row (for the first time all year), I'm getting to focus on my house a bit more and have some new faves I want to highlight
- These scalloped pillows from Amazon are gorgeous - I bought the 18" x 18" and stuffed them with the 20" x 20" inserts from Ikea that I had already. These look much more expensive than they are and I've already talked my mother and two other friends into buying them.
- Amanda Lindroth's Island Trays are not a new fave but they are currently 30% off as part of her closing sale. I have a few of these and find them to be endlessly useful
- Tomato scented hand soap from Flamingo Estate. I rolled my eyes at the price tag but after using it, I'm hooked. It smells amazing and has such a lovely consistency
- I've been using a bunch of serving bowls to corral different fruits and vegetables on the kitchen counter. I love the height that this one from Cabana gives - it would be really pretty next winter with paperwhites in it too!
Are you looking for anything new for your closet or home? Let me know and I'll see what I can find in my hunting.
xoxo,
Chelsea
